Terms of Service

VideoTextRemover removes subtitles, captions and other on-screen text from videos you upload, using an AI video model. Results depend on the footage, and we do not guarantee that every piece of text is removed or that the repaired area is free of traces.

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what is done with it. One person may hold one account; creating several accounts to collect more free seconds is not allowed, and we may close such accounts.

• One credit is one second of the video part you choose, rounded up to the next second.
• Signed-in accounts get 30 free seconds each month. Free and plan seconds expire at the end of each month; credit pack seconds do not expire.
• Free monthly seconds are available to accounts created in the US, Canada, the UK, the EU/EEA, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Israel and the UAE, up to two accounts per network each month. Paid plans and credit packs are available everywhere.
• Seconds are held when a task starts and only taken when it succeeds. Failed tasks are not charged.
• Once processing has started, a task cannot be canceled.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

• Only upload videos you own or have permission to edit. Removing text from a video does not give you any rights to it.
• Do not use the text remover to erase watermarks, logos, credits or any other marks that identify who owns a video, and do not use any part of VideoTextRemover to get around copyright protection.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates someone else's privacy or rights.
• We may stop tasks and suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund of the seconds used.

• The TikTok, X (Twitter) and Pinterest downloaders save public posts from those platforms. Download only your own videos, or content you have permission to use, and follow each platform's terms of service and copyright law.
• Downloading a video gives you no rights to it. Do not repost or share other people's videos without their permission.
• Each account gets 3 free post downloads or 1 profile page a day in total, across all the downloaders, after signing in with Google. Failed attempts are not counted. After that, each post or profile page uses 1 second of your credit. We may limit or stop free downloads, and block automated or abusive use.
• Downloads open from the platform's own servers. We do not host or keep the files, and the links can stop working after a few hours.

You keep all rights to your videos and results. You allow us to store and process them only to run the tasks you start. Uploads and results are deleted after 7 days.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars, and that is the amount charged: no tax is added at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Processing times depend on our AI provider and may vary.

To the extent the law allows, VideoTextRemover is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above and announce them on the site; using the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
