• Your Google account name, email address and profile photo, when you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password.
• The videos you upload and the results we create from them.
• Records of your tasks, the seconds used and your purchases. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser, used for security, abuse prevention and rate limits.

• To run the tasks you start and show you their results.
• To manage your account, your seconds and your payments.
• To prevent abuse, for example repeated sign-ups to collect free seconds.
• To answer you when you contact us.

We share data only with the services that run VideoTextRemover, and only what each needs:

• Our backend and file storage (Cloudflare R2), which hold your account, tasks and files.
• Our AI video processing provider, which receives the video part you choose in order to remove the text.
• Stripe, for payments and subscriptions.
• Google, for sign-in.
• Our web hosting provider, which serves the site.

We do not sell your data and do not use your videos for anything other than the task you started.

• Uploaded videos and results are deleted automatically after 7 days.
• Account data is kept while your account exists.
• Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for your account and data to be deleted, by emailing support@videotextremover.ai. Download any result you want to keep within 7 days.

VideoTextRemover is not meant for children under 13 (under 16 in the European Economic Area), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above. Significant changes are announced on the site.
