Refund Policy

Seconds are held when a task starts and released automatically if it fails, or if you cancel it before processing starts. You do not need to ask.

If you bought a credit pack or a subscription and have not used any of its seconds, email us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full.

If a task succeeded but the result is unusable, email us with the date of the task. We review each case and may return the seconds it used.

You can cancel any time in your account. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then stops renewing. Except for unused purchases described above, or where the law requires it, we do not refund partial periods.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunded purchases remove the seconds they added.
