Pricing questions
What is a credit?
One credit is one second of video, counted on the part you choose to process and rounded up to the next second. A 24.3-second part uses 25 credits.
Who can get the free seconds?
Accounts created in the free-trial countries get 30 free seconds every month. Free monthly seconds are available to accounts created in the US, Canada, the UK, the EU/EEA, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Israel and the UAE, up to two accounts per network each month. Paid plans and credit packs work in every country.
What does it cost per second?
It works out to about $0.030 per second on monthly plans, about $0.025 on yearly plans and about $0.033 to $0.040 with credit packs. The 30 free seconds each month cost nothing.
Do unused seconds roll over?
Plan and free seconds do not roll over: they expire at the end of each month, while credit pack seconds never expire. Pack seconds are used only after your free and plan seconds.
Is tax added at checkout?
No. The price on this page is the total you pay. If your card uses a different currency, your bank converts the amount.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are shown, and charged, in euros in the EU, the EEA and Switzerland, in pounds in the UK, in Canadian dollars in Canada, in Australian dollars in Australia and in yen in Japan. Everywhere else they are in US dollars.
What happens if a task fails?
You are not charged: the seconds are held when the task starts and released if it fails or is canceled before it starts.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once a year (in US dollars, $199 for Starter and $599 for Pro) and get the same seconds every month as the monthly plan, which comes to 2 months free.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account page: the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then stops renewing.
